Course Description
The bachelor of science in statistics is a degree programme that emphasizes the statistics both as a both as a science onto itself and as a service science with powerful applications in such desciplines as biology,medicine , sociology,economics,engineering and many more.Graduates with this programme should be qualified for employment in the many corporations and government agencies for which statisticans designs experiment,conduct survey and analyze data.It prepares students for graduate study in statistics after which one has even greater employment possibilities.
Admission Guidelines
Any candidates who have completed 10+ 2 or equivalent securing minimum 'C' grade in all subjects of Grade 11 and 12 with 200 Full Marks of Mathematics are eligible for admission in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Statistics program of Tribhuvan University.
