Gorkha Model secondary school, the youngest but the first choice among the parents within the first run of the school established by the Gorkha group encompasses around 1400 students in the second run. The school run as tiny tots English boarding school since 2048 bs was taken by the group under its umbrella in 2075 bs and it has been running in the south of Lamahi bus park at the 500m distance from Mahendra highway, occupying the area 2.4 bighas .within the short period of the school run, it has been capable to serve the students from pg to bachelors level, with the leading faculties science and management.
As the school has been located at the lap of Chure range in the north and on the bank of Rapti river in the south, and moreover in the storehouse of food grain of Nepal. It has been able to be the first destination of students in many places. It has linked Rolpa, Pyuthan, Kapilvastu, Arghakhachi, and Dang districts. The school within the first phase of the run has been able to set this region as the educational hub. as the result, the students from the above-mentioned districts have been studying in this school believes in the triangular relationship of parents, students, and the school, and focuses more on life-skill education .the school has embraced whole child education system and envisions to produce the human resource that can be competent to fight in the national and international 21st-century market.
